Japanese people love fish and shellfish dishes. In particular, sashimi and sushi are our favorite. Needless to say, sashimi and sushi are raw fish (with rice), the ingredients have got to be very very fresh. When was in Sydney the other day, I went to the famous fish market there and ate sushi and sashimi. Do you know what they are in Photo 1 and Photo 2 above?

Photo 1 shows sea urchin and Photo 2 shows abalone. They were really delicious! Is there anywhere we can eat those in New Zealand, do you know?
