Do you like fried noodle (AKA yakisoba in Japan)? Have you ever cooked it by yourself?

Fried noodles are really good – you can add any vegetables, meat, fish, eggs etc and delicious. I like it and occasionally cook it by myself. Frying is not necessarily easy; sometimes you might burn some ingredients. I read a newspaper article yesterday reporting “Non-burning fried noodle machine” created by Japanese high school students. This website shows a photo of the machine.

The students have been studying welding, metal process, and so on at school and created this machine with those knowledge. I would like to taste fried noodle they cook with the machine!
