東京[とうきょう]ネイルエキスポ2009というイベントがありました。

Tokyo is such a big city and all sorts of events are held there. That Nail event was held in Tokyo on 29 and 30 November. The admission was not cheap at all (3,000yen – about NZD$45) but about 50,000 people visited there!! This Asahi Shimbun News site reports this news.
