The Japan Day will be held at ASB Showground in Auckland this Sunday, 28 February 2010. Doors will open at 10am and ADMISSION FREE! According to the site of ASB Showground, the following will be there:
1. Eat – Food stalls: from Sushi to Noodles, Sweets,
2. Buy – Garage sale of Japanese goods etc
3. Talk and See – Display: Sponsor’s display as well as travel information etc
4. Watch and Listen – Stage shows: Kimono, Dance, Music, Martial Arts etc. Groups from Japan as well as local performers.
5. Admire, Touch and Feel – Cultural Displays and workshop: Ikebana (flower arrangement), Bonsai, Pottery, Calligraphy, Origami etc.
