朝日[あさひ]新聞[しんぶん]で、バーベキューの講習会[こうしゅうかい](= workshops)のレポートを読[よ]みました。
I read a report on Asahi Shimbun Newspaper about a workshop of BBQ (= barbeque).
日本[にほん]には、日本バーベキュー協会[きょうかい] (= Japan BBQ Association)という組織[そしき] (= organisation)があって、ここでバーベキューのし方[かた]を教[おし]えたり、バーベキュー・テストをしたりするそうです! バーベキューのテストですよ! テストには初級[しょきゅう] (= beginners)から上級[じょうきゅう] (= advanced)まであるそうです。ニュージーランドでは考[かんが]えられないことですよね。
講習会[こうしゅうかい]やテストに興味[きょうみ]がある人は協会[きょうかい]のウエブサイトを見[み]てみてください。
I did not know till I read this report about Japan BBQ Association. This association holds workshops to teach us how to do BBQ! And you believe or not, the accociation organises BBQ tests as well. It starts from the beginners level. If you pass the most difficult one, you will become the BBQ Master!
