We will hold the JET Programme Information session here this Wednesday. The JET Programme is:
"a Japanese government sponsored exchange programme that seeks to promote mutual understanding between Japan and other nations (it is "New Zealand" to us here). … The JET Programme offers New Zealand citizens who hold a university degree or teaching qualification opportunities to teach at primary, junior high and senior high schools as an Assistant Language Teacher (ALT) or serve in local government organizations as a Coordinator for International Relations (CIR)."
