餃子[ぎょうざ]を作[つく]るときはふつう、上[うえ]の写真[しゃしん]のようにたくさん作[つく]ります。餃子[ぎょうざ]の皮[かわ] (= dumpling pastry)は、水[みず]と小麦粉[こむぎこ] (= wheat flour)で作[つく]ります―しかし。。。皮[かわ]を作[つく]るのは時間[じかん]がかかるので、私[わたし]は普通[ふつう]、お店[みせ]で買[]います。下[した]の写真[しゃしん]が、皮[かわ]のパッケージです。

When we make gyoza, we normally make a lot like the above photo. You can make that dumpling pastry with water and flour, but I normally just buy it (see the photo below).

As I said the other day, we normally eat this with some dipping sauce. Yum!
