That was Lady GAGA! She held a concert in Tokyo this week. Just before leaving there for her next venue (where is Taiwan, apparently), she spent some time at Tokyo Skytree. I read about this news on a page of Chunichi Sport Newspaper. This page shows a photo of Lady GAGA wearing a beautiful dress – she designed the dress thinking of Tokyo Skytree!
