写真[しゃしん]は、このみそ汁[しる]の商品[しょうひん](= product)の中身[なかみ](= contents)の全[すべ]て(= all)です。調味[ちょうみ](= flavored)みそとみそ汁[しる]の具[ぐ](= ingredients)、ほうれんそう、あげなす(= deep-fried aubergine)、とうふ、そしてキャベツが入[はい]っています。
The photo shows everything from a packet of a Miso-soup making kit. Those are flavored miso (four sachets) and four different types of ingredients such as spinach, deep-fried aubergine, tofu and cabbages (two sachets each).
みそ汁[しる]を作[つく]りたいとき、調味[ちょうみ]みそ1つと、具[ぐ]を2つ、例[たと]えば(= for example)ほうれんそうとあげなす、と選[えら]んで(= to choose)、カップに入[い]れます。そしてお湯[ゆ]を注[そそ]いで(= to pour)みそ汁[しる]を作[つく]ります。もちろん、あげなすととうふの組[く]み合[あ]わせ(= combination)もいいし、ほうれんそうととうふもいいと思[おも]います。
このように、いろいろな選択肢[せんたくし](= choices)を商品[しょうひん]に入[い]れる、ということが、とても日本[にほん]らしい(= very Japanese-like)と思[おも]います。おいしかったし、びっくりしました。
When you make a cup of miso soup, you pick one sachet of flavored miso and two ingredients, for example, spinach and deep-fried aubergine. You put all into a cup and then pour boiling water. You can, of course, choose deep-fried aubergine and tofu. The combination of spinach and tofu would be nice too.
To give so many choices to customers in one packet of product seems very Japanese-like, I thought. This product gave me a good satisfying cup of miso soup and surprised me a lot. What do you think?
