ニュージーランドの春2013 2 Spring has sprung! 2013 2

日本[にほん]では、桜[さくら]はふつう(= usually)公園[こうえん]などで見[み]るものです。ニュージーランドでは、ふつうの家[いえ]の庭[にわ]で桜[さくら]をよく見[み]ます。上[うえ]の写真[しゃしん]もそうです。おもしろい違[ちが]い(= difference)ですね。

この写真[しゃしん]は今週[こんしゅう]、大学[だいがく]に来[く]る途中[とちゅう]に(= on the way to the uni)撮[と]りました。

For me, cherry trees were something we see in a public park. Japanese people often go to a public park to do ohanami, which is real fun! There are many cherry trees you can see in regidential gardens in New Zealand. The above photo shows such a case. It is interesting.

I took this photo on the way to the uni this week.
