Can you gusee what this machine sells?
This machine sells dashi, Japanese soup stock. It is made of fish. Apparently it tasts really good, as I heard from somebody who actually tasted it. I could not believe that such a vending machine existed first, but I have witnessed it now so I know it exists! I do not think a vending machine of dashi is common even in Japan. Dashi is very important to Washoku, Japanese cuisine; so there is a marked to this type of product, I guess.
