朝日[あさひ]新聞[しんぶん]で、パリでのすしの人気[にんき]について読[よ]みました。I read about the polularity of sushi in France on Asahi Shimbun Newspaper.
ニュージーランドでもそうですが、パリでも今[いま]はすしがとても人気[にんき]だそうです。チェーン店[てん]もあるし、スーパーでも買[か]えるし。ニュージーランドで は、15年前はすしはあまり知[し]られていませんでした。でも、今[いま]はワイカト大学[だいがく]の中[なか]でも売[う]っています。写真[しゃしん]は、数年前[すうねんまえ]にシドニーに行[い]ったときに撮[と]りました。 そう、オーストラリアでもすしはとても人気[にんき]があります。
パリのすしと同[おな]じく、ニュージーランドでもサーモンのすしが人気[にんき]があるようです。おもしろいですね。
Sushi is now very popular in Paris. This is same here, in New Zealand! There are franchised stores and you can buy sushi at supermarkets. I do not think there were many sushi places here, in New Zealand 15 years ago. BUT, now you can even buy them on our campus! The photos were taken in Sydney some years ago – yes, sushi is indeed popular in Australia as well.
The article of Asahi Shimbun reports that salmon sushi is very popular in Paris; the same here!
