昨日の昼ごはん、野菜[やさい]などは自分で準備[じゅんび]して、それから冷[ひ]やし中華[ちゅうか]用のインスタントヌードル（たれ付き!）を使いました。便利です!
冷たい麺[めん]って、日本の文化ですよね? ニュージーランドでは見たことがありません。
For yesterday's lunch (yes, I ate that noodle dish for lunch), I prepared veges etc. and used an instant hiyashi-chuka noodle (it comes with yummy dressing). How convenient!
Cold noodle dishes are part of Japanese culture, I guess… I have never seen such dishes in New Zealand.
