This dish is called okonomiyaki. Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki has a lot of cabbage in it (as you can see a lot of shredded cabbage in the above photo). It is delicious! If you have a chance to go to Japan, please do try Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki!
