桃[もも]も咲[さ]き始[はじ]めました(桃だと思うんですけど。。。)。Peach has bloomed (I think it is peach,,, right?).
街路樹[がいろじゅ](= street trees)になっているところが多いです。何だか(= somehow)日本的[てき]で、NZで見ると、うれしくて不思議[ふしぎ]な気[き]持[も]ちになります。
You can see this tree on streets in Hamilton. These street trees look quite Japanesee to me and it is interesting to see them in New Zealand. But of course, it makes me smile whenever I come to those streets…
