昨日、ラグビーの試合[しあい]を見てきました。チーフス対[たい]ブルースです。ワイカトのチーム、チーフスが勝[か]ちました！ マイケル・リーチの活躍[かつやく]ぶりが見られて、うれしかったです。リーチは昨日、チーフスの一員[いちいん](= a member)でしたが、2015年のラグビーW杯[はい](= the 2015 Rugby World Cup)で、日本チームのキャプテンでした（下の写真の中にリーチがいます）。
昨日、スタジアムには大勢[おおぜい]の(= many)ワイカト大学の学生も来ていました。ハミルトンのスタジアムでラグビーの試合を見るのは、交通[こうつう]のこと(= transport-related condition)とかを考えても、わりと楽[らく](= easy)です。みなさん、ぜひ、ハミルトンに来てください！
I went to see the rugby game, Chiefs vs. Blues yesterday. Our Chiefs won, yeah!. I was so pleased to see Michael Leitch there. He played for Chiefs yesterday and made a great captain for the Brave Blossom (the Japanese national team) in the 2015 Rugby World Cup! (can you see him in the photo below?)
There were so many Waikato Uni students there too. It is quite easy for us to get to the stadium (in terms of transport etc.); you should come to Hamilton and watch a game next time!
