これは、東京・銀座[ぎんざ]にある bills というカフェです（レストランと言った方がいいかも？）。もともとのレストランはシドニーにあります。オーストラリア人のビル・グレンジャーさんが1993年に始めたカフェです。
今、bills は日本に8つあるようです。一番[いちばん]新[あたら]しい8つめの bills は大阪[おおさか]にあります。でも、どうしてニュージーランドにはないんでしょうか。。。

Bill Granger, an Australian, opened his first cafe in Sydney in 1993 and now he has eight premises in Japan! The eighth one has been opened in Osaka recently. Why don’t we have one in New Zealand!?
