アメリカでポケモン･ゴーがすごい人気[にんき]で、でも危[あぶ]ないから、と警察[けいさつ](= police)などが使用者[しようしゃ](= users)に注意[ちゅうい]を促[うなが]しています(= to warn)（朝日[あさひ’]新聞[しんぶん]で読みました）。アメリカのニュースが日本ではよく報[ほう]じられていますが、実[じつ]は、ニュージーランドでもポケモン･ゴーが始[はじ]まっているんですよ。ニュージーランドのメディアも報[ほう]じています(例[たと]えば、ここ)。 ポケモンは20年前に作られたゲームです。その1年後に日本ではポケモンのアニメ番組[ばんぐみ]がテレビで始[はじ]まり、人気になりました。 そして、今、ポケモン･ゴーというスマホ･アプリで、再[ふたたび]び(= again)ポケモンが注目[ちゅうもく]されています(= to get attention)。面[おも]白[しろ]いですね。 Have you heard of 'Pokemon Go'?
