昨日[きのう]見[み]ましたか? はい、スーパームーンのことです。Did you see it? – yes, I am talking about supermoon!
ハミルトンは先週[せんしゅう]雨[あめ]がとてもたくさん降[ふ]りました。でも、昨日[きのう]は雨[あめ]が降[ふ]らず、晴[は]れていました。上[うえ]の写真[しゃしん]は、昨日[きのう]撮[と]りました。私[わたし]がハミルトンで見[み]た月[つき]は、この写真[しゃしん]の月[つき]よりもずっと大[おお]きくて、きれいで感動的[かんどうてき](= impressive)でした（写真[しゃしん]があまり上手[じょうず]でなくて、スミマセン。。。）
このスーパームーン、日本[にほん]でも話題[わだい]になりました。世界中[せかいじゅう]の人[ひと]たちがこのスーパームーンを見[み]て、同[おな]じように感動[かんどう]する(= to be moved) — 何[なん]だかすてきなことですよね。
We had a lot of rain last week in Hamilton, but had good weather yesterday. I took the photo above in the evening yesterday. The moon saw was much bigger, prettier and more impressive than the photo (sorry, I cannot offer the better photos here…)
People in Japan saw and talked about supermoon too. Millions people in the world saw this moon at the same time and were moved together – doesn’t it sound wonderful!
