This is so-called omuraisu (omelette + rice) in Japanese. But ovbiously it is a special version.
The omuraisu basically consists of tomato-fravoured rice and omelette. Normally, the omelette has to be cooked like French crepe (flat thin slice) and rice has to be wrapped (or should I say covered) with the omelette.
The omuraisu in the above photo follows the Japanese kawaii (= cute) trend. The cook of this dish made bear-shaped rice and it is covered by an 'omelette' blanket and an 'omelette' pillow is added to it. Ingredient-wise, this is still omuraisu, but this has indeed exceeded our nomal imagination on omuraisu. This webpage also shows all sorts of kawaii omuraisu.
