今[いま]、ニュージーランドはRWC2011で持[も]ちきり(= full of)です。ですが、そのほかにもいろいろなスポーツイベントがありますよ!
この日曜日[にちようび]、9月11日にハミルトンのワイカト川[がわ]でボートレースがあります。いろいろな高校[こうこう]のチームや、そしてケンブリッジ大学[だいがく]、シドニー大学[だいがく]、メルボルン大学[だいがく]のチームが参加[さんか]します(= to participate)。もちろん、ワイカト大学[だいがく]のチームも参加[さんか]します。

In this counrty, everybody talks almost just about RWC2011. However, there are all sorts of other sport events going on here as well!
The University of Waikato have laid down the challenge to the international rowing crews here for the Gallagher Great Race on Sunday September 11. International teams are from Cambridge, Sydney and Melbourne. There are high school team races as well.
