Some libraries located in the Waikato region have dogs. Those dogs are there for children to practice reading a book.
If you read to human being, you might be nervous or worried in case you make mistakes. But dogs would quietly sit next to you and listen to you; they do not judge you at all! Isn't it a lovely programme?
