先日[せんじつ]のアカデミー賞[しょう]で、3D映画[えいが]の『アバター』が話題[わだい]になりました。日本[にほん]では、テレビでも3D対応[たいおう] (= coping)型[がた] (= type)がこれから話題[わだい]になりそうです。
“Avatar” made a big hit lately. Needless to say, this is a 3D film and people in Japan now can own a TV which copes with 3D broadcasting!
現在[げんざい]、日本では韓国[かんこく]の会社[かいしゃ]、ヒュンダイが3D対応[たいおう]のTVを売[う]っています。そして今年[ことし]パナソニックが4月から、ソニーが6月から売[う]り始[はじ]めるそうです。朝日[あさひ]新聞[しんぶん]の記事[きじ]によると、市場[しじょう] (= market)想定[そうてい] (= expected)価格[かかく] (= price)はソニーの40型[がた]が29万[まん]円[えん]ぐらいだそうです。
At the moment, only Hyundai products are available, but Panasonics and Sony will start selling such TVs in April and June respectively. According to an article in Asahi Shimbun Newspaper, a Sony’s 40 inch TV (coping with 3D) is expected to cost around 290,000 yen (about 4,500 NZ dollars).
