再[ふたた]び節電[せつでん] (= saving energy)の話[はなし]です。
I will write about saving energy again today.
夏[なつ]を涼[すず]しく過[す]ごすために、ちょっとかわった食[た]べ物[もの]が売[う]り出[だ]されました。冷[つめ]たいカレー(= curry)や冷[つめ]たいドーナツ(= donuts)です。例[たと]えば(= for example)、カレーは真空[しんくう]パック(= vacuumed packed)に入[はい]っています。普通[ふつう]は食[た]べる前[まえ]に温[あたた]めますが、これは温[あたた]めないで食[た]べることになっています。朝日[あさひ]新聞[しんぶん]のこのページに写真[しゃしん]があります。
おいしいんでしょうか…。
To have cooler summer, unique food have been produced in Japan lately such as cold curry and cold donuts! The curry is vacuumed packed and you are NOT supposed to heat it before you eat. You can see photos of the curry and the donut on this page of Asahi Shimbun Newspaper.
I wonder if it would taste good…
