1週間前[いっしゅうかんまえ]に、ハミルトンで気球[っきゅう]祭[まつ]り(= balloon festival)がありました。ワイカト大学[だいがく]では、夜[よる]のイベントがありました。大成功[だいせいこう](= a big success)でした。

We had, again, a successful night about a week ago re: the annual Balloons Over Waikato ASB Nightglow hosted by the University of Waikato. If you do not know about this event, please read here. Apparently, the organisers have already started preparing for the event for next year, which will be held between 3 and 7 April 2013. Don’t miss it!
