プラムです!
ニュージーランドに来るまでこんなにいろいろな種類[しゅるい](= kinds; sorts)のプラムがあることを知りませんでした。日本では、このようにたくさんの種類のプラムは多分ないと思います（自信[じしん](=confindence)はありませんが。。。）。特[とく]にルイザプラムは、形[かたち](= shape)がちょっと変[か]っていて(= different)、日本にはないと思います。以下の写真[しゃしん]で、半分[はんぶん](= half)に切[き]ったのがルイザプラムです。ルイザプラムは、他[た]の(= other)プラムに比[くら]べて(= to compare)、店で売られている期間[きかん](= period)が短[みじか]いです。今のうちに食べなくっちゃ!
Plums!!
I did not know there were so many types of plums existed until I came to New Zealand. I do not think we have so many types of plums in Japan (I am not 100% sure, though…). Particularly, we do not have Luisa Plum in Japan (which is cut half in the photo below); it has a kind of oval shape, which is slightly different from any other types as you can see. Luisa Plums are available only for a short period of time (much shorter than any other plums). I must eat them now!!!
