アメリカでポケモン･ゴーがすごい人気[にんき]で、でも危[あぶ]ないから、と警察[けいさつ](= police)などが使用者[しようしゃ](= users)に注意[ちゅうい]を促[うなが]しています(= to warn)（朝日[あさひ’]新聞[しんぶん]で読みました）。アメリカのニュースが日本ではよく報[ほう]じられていますが、実[じつ]は、ニュージーランドでもポケモン･ゴーが始[はじ]まっているんですよ。ニュージーランドのメディアも報[ほう]じています(例[たと]えば、ここ)。 ポケモンは20年前に作られたゲームです。その1年後に日本ではポケモンのアニメ番組[ばんぐみ]がテレビで始[はじ]まり、人気になりました。 そして、今、ポケモン･ゴーというスマホ･アプリで、再[ふたたび]び(= again)ポケモンが注目[ちゅうもく]されています(= to get attention)。面[おも]白[しろ]いですね。 Have you heard of 'Pokemon Go'? 先週[せんしゅう](= last week)、ニュージーランドの料理[りょうり]研究家[けんきゅうか](= food writer)が新[あたら]しい日本料理を作っている、ということを書きました。その時、ニュージーランドの料理雑誌[ざっし](= magazine)を紹介[しょうかい]しました。その雑誌の中に、いろいろな世界[せかい]の食材[しょくざい](= ingredients)が紹介されています。日本のものもありますよ。何だと思いますか。 I wrote about Japanese dishes created by New Zealand food writers last week.
